Late, but it is. Probably the last entry about a trip to Kashubia. I had an entry ready before the Audio Show (here)
The meeting I wrote about on the occasion of entriesGrandinote Shinai vs. lampsandGraninote Mach 8XL
There you will find more details about the sound.
The meeting itself is worth a kind of reportage, because it was what a passion should be, and as a result of a strong pressure to sell anything, it has stopped recently.

This trip has largely restored my faith in this passion and hobby. He showed that you can do it completely different than in stores, forums or Facebook.
No pressure, no bloat.
Unlike the AudioShow I came back from.
Nothing connects people like passion
Unfortunately, we are even able to divide us Poles. Thematic forums, Facebook are actually walking advertising banners soaked with people from the industry.
Most of the people I know just have a kind of gag reflex when they go in there and know what’s going on there.
Unfortunately, unaware users catch it (I used to be one myself) and swallow it. They pay and then it turns out they have something they don’t need. As they say, you have to pay.
But okay, enough sadness. It was different here. 🙂
Czesław – the host
I wrote about Czesiu on the occasion of previous entries. His guesthouse served us as a meeting place, his hospitality and ease gave us incredible comfort. The place he chose to live was for me like a litmus test for my troubled life in a big city.

Guesthouse with an approach to the lake, kayaks on the lawn on whichrabbitAnd a basement with 2 audio rooms with JBL Everest and Grandnote Mach 8XL and a backlit piano on the wall.
For this organized food and total ease in touching these blocks, and even their assessment. Even when I knocked a glass under his feet (by accident) around 2:00 am, he kept full calm 🙂
When I start writing that the rooms are quiet, clean and with balconies, it will come in an advertisement … well … but it was like that. Really class.

Czesław as a hobby photographs, the walls of the guesthouse are decorated with his photographs, so we had another point of contact for good morning.
During a conversation about music, about how we perceive it, Czesiek said that he perceives the vocal asinstrument. He doesn’t like Polish singing because he distracts him.
On the other hand, Jacek said that he does not like vocals at all because he is more excited by instruments and energy. And I have different, sometimes like Jacek, sometimes like Czesław, and sometimes I can only listen to words – it depends …
It’s as if someone would like to continue to use someone else’s advice ‘How did it play for you’
We are different but…
We all connect us more than divides … contrary to appearances. Only hobby / passion.Gives a point of contact. All the shit that floods the forums disappears in four eyes.
Everyone has their own point of view, each of them received this meeting a bit differently and they probably enjoyed something else.
I enjoyed both playing with blocks and the music itself. Place, people. There were talks about PHOTO with CZEŚK, about capacitors with Marek, about devices with Wojtek. On the way with Marcin (organizer), we talked a lot about business with Palikot, with Lucjan about fatigue after all inclusive holidays and children, and Robert about … Morsowanie.

During the rally, we drank beer and whiskey … But in moderation 🙂 We talked with Tomek a bit about life and vintage watches, Jacek added his trips to Turkey from the old days, and with Mariusz we spent half the night listening to music. With the second Jacek, who came by train and bike, it was a bit about Tannoy and a bit about my YT videos. Filip showed his amplifier, which is the result of his teasers with lamps.
He also dropped inmattwayWith its great integral with fairy tales (10k for this taste is another mega opportunity).

Nice because a new generation is growing.
So this trip was about everything and nothing.
We didn’t have any adaptations, we didn’t change the cables all the time (although we changed a bit when it comes to hardware), but it was … fun. normally.

The amplifier for PLN 5,000 Haiku Audio played alongside one for PLN 60,000, there was Denon PMA-S1, there was Sun Audio, Moje Audiony, Tomek’s Tennory, Wojtek’s Living Voice and the legendary JBLE, which They played in this room just not crazy, although the scale must have impressed everyone …
At a time when everyone is sitting at home in their own world. When we have few hobbyists around us and the equipment is irrationally expensive.
It was damn refreshing.

normal.
I am very pleased that I could be part of this event, I came back from it changed, muted, reassured. I wanted again. Listen, live, talk.
I can only encourage and recommend – meetings always broaden their perspectives and make us want again. Especially when there is fresh blood.
I really hope we can do another one like this. It would be a pity if it was only once a year. Maybe in a wider group / other group.
The host is ready, anyone willing?
