Look for a good price-quality ratio and rooms in which they can present the equipment well – and put together a good sound.

It is said that a good first impression can only be made once.
I have the impression that many do not take it to heart, looking at what I saw on AudioShow.
Showing yourself just anyhow … This is not a way to win a client, but rather to lose him in favor of the one who can show himself.
Audio Show … is a show, as the name suggests – a show.
It is an investment in your brand, your product, brand, and relationships.
Many exhibitors behave as if they were selling vegetables, not equipment for several dozen or several hundred thousand zlotys. It presents itself poorly, offering poor sound, chaos without concept.
It’s best to go to the room.
Only for God’s sake, if you can’t get the room on AVS and show at least a fragment of what you can … How is the client supposed to believe that you will be able to grasp playing at his house, or how he, as a layman, has to deal with the equipment for a lot of money himself? Buying an amplifier from your distribution? columns? Cables?
Pylon Audio and Fezz Audio
So the Entry Level brand to the audiophile world. They show how it can be done. A very nice stand, very nice loudspeakers and amplifiers that can decorate salons and contribute to soaking in this hobby.
They are not able to compete with the quality of sound with manufakurs or equipment from the 90s or 00 … but they offer a transparent product – nice, refined, with a wide distribution network, decently playing. They develop and inspire confidence.
First of all, they are productsMade in Poland, safe for the consumer lost in the audio world. And that’s why they are bought.
Unitra – a game of sentiment
Here, too, we have a nice stand and nicely made equipment. Only here I have a problem with the price and brand identification. The sound from the loudspeakers, which in the catalog cost over PLN 20,000 … does not impress. The amplifier looks very good, but the sound was just totally inadequate to the budget. as if ‘broken’ so that it does not catch the listener somewhere?
The entire system that CD played, Integra WSH-805,that is, nearly PLN 50,000. Damn, it’s really a lot of money and it is worth asking if a customer with such a budget and such a choice on the market will choose a product only slightly different from Pylon / Fezz, but much more expensive? suchAudiophase FlowThey just destroy them in every aspect of sound. and with monoblockstangentfor PLN 4,000.
Playing Unitra is probably too safe, not enough ‘some’ – rather melomanic, but the price is already very audiophile …
The design is nice, but if they want to fight the design, the choice is also huge.
On pageVisuals instead of photos, Edmund turntable for PLN 20,000? There is already a lot of choice here.
A lot of work and money have been put in the unit, but there is still no idea for this brand. I would sincerely recommend, but I can’t.
On the plus side, the visual consistency of the entire setAnd also made in Poland.

FR-2 loudspeakers, if I remember correctly, the price is about PLN 6,000.

It sounded phenomenal for the money. Colorful, lively, with nice energy. Great open diameter. Making any stereo with new things in a budget up to 10k is pointless. Wow. Even a layman would have no doubts which set to choose with Lyngdorf andSound Rite.
I was just going through with Karol – the Audiophase constructor and nodded only with appreciation saying – I have no idea how he does it to make such a sound at such a price.

Tannoy Super Gold Monitor SGM12
Refreshed and larger version of mineTannoy LGM. Even from the corridor you could hear that he was playing. In addition, they are pushed into the corners and without any extravagant electronics. The workmanship is a bit cheesy compared to the vintage model, but such times. And so very nice and really classy for the conditions they had.
Playing with character is closeTannoy Glenair.
It’s not cheap, but it’s Tannoy, design, history and the sound class is very OK compared to the competition.
Cube Audio + Tektron 211, DAC lantern
Did you know that Cube Audio is a Polish brand? Staying a bit in the lobby, which is a pity.
For such playing for the evening, jazzik, acoustics, etc … a bomb. This is a set for a slightly more familiar person, but even a layman would be hard not to hear how well it plays.
Without fireworks, it combines many of the most difficult audio features. Color, essence, openness, space, emotions. He is musical umami.
The room was not disturbing. Can you?
Wolf Audio – Correct
It was cool for the money. Nothing fancy, but at least without the excess of form over content. A good pork chop for reasonable money every Pole will eat. Without adding a story about why you have to pay so much for a good sound, without having to play fancy speaker casings. Price to quality in relation to Western products – very good.
More Audio – yyy?
As much as I heard … it was better not to show it. This type of sound can only defend itself with a heavily adapted room. It was expressive, quite clear, insistent. It’s smooth, but you didn’t want to hear it at all. The blocks are good, but completely unfit for each other / to the room. I tried 2x but it was way too sterile.
Qualio IQ – Not bad
These speakers are pretty loud lately. Naimed, they sounded very nice. Colorfully, when it comes to the level of sophistication … There was no madness and systems based on lamps did it much better.
But, it’s a slightly different target.
These are very interesting designers, sounding spatially, with a nice diameter. The ribbon at times stung a little in the ear.
I think it could be done better (electronics), but for PLN 30,000 it is potentially a good column if you are looking for something that looks like this. I am slightly concerned about whether this type of playing will be tiring in the long run. It’s definitely worth listening to, they should play well in the evening. I would be afraid to play harder.
Phonia Gravis 400 – Yyy?
What was happening here, I don’t understand. Massive Overkill I would call it – expensive, big, vintage electronics. Lots of speakers. The famous Children of Sanchez certainly did not show what the best has to offer this set. Neither the drive, nor the colors, nor the kick. Flat and dispassionate. A lot has happened, but my brain totally rejected it. I don’t want to harass myself because maybe it was a worse moment of this set. Do you have any other observations?
MBL – in a class of its own, but not for everyone
There was a lot of potential here. MBL plays interesting, commonly known asbulbs.Space, color, sophistication, holography interesting design.
This is not a conventional old style game. But it is definitely something that you may like and worth considering. Some zlotys were playing here, but it is equipment targeted to a customer who is ready to pay for something really unique. With a slightly less sensitive wallet.
homogenix – vintag to the max
Here he was powerful with great electronics from Verdier or Gennet Audio (Polish Manufacture, very good products) the room did not disturb. I know Nalepa album very well, she also played vinyl for me more than once.
This is how you can promote a black record. Of course, it is crazy to judge after such a listening session. Nevertheless, there was a very specific sound concept here and what was flying straight from the speakers was really OK
atoll / athom – energetic
If I’m not mistaken, Atoll’s electronics (quite cool) played with Atohm GT2-HD speakers. It was in atoll – I know In200 Signature, we have listened to and compared with a friend many times.
Atoll always plays with a kick, dynamics and meat. With the electronics currently produced, it really works in rock or slut. Does it make sense to buy slate so expensive electronics and columns? This is another matter, but at least enjoying such music, sometimes it was good to feel this drive, kick, energy.
The equipment was in tune with the room. There was a carpet – as you can see, experienced sellers decided not to do self-sabotage with a bare floor like many others.
Silent Pound Challenger II – truly hi-end
And here is an example of how you can make a show and make it play.
Instead of focusing on the masses – a few seats in SweetsSpot. A clear message where it will play. Dynamics, scale, weight, well-chosen repertoire, drive, fuck. The recording doesn’t do it at all. If you like contemporary music, you can get sick. Pair 120,000zł Electronics Cute yellow, modern Perraux.
Looking at the product, the sound. This is something that I would certainly consider having such a budget. Why? Because you can hear and you can see that the guys here know what they are doing.
If I had to choose, I wouldSilent Pound Challenger II– Another concept for the construction of the system – expensive electronics + relatively cheap loudspeakers in the case of Atoll / Athom, Challenger went into larger pickups, cheaper electronics (which does not mean worse).
The concept of larger drivers definitely appeals to me. The look of the challengers is also very interesting.
FRAM AUDIO – fun with design
It was interesting here. in a hi-end climate. The idea for the design of the loudspeakers is great – I think that some interior designer will put them in a room for the look itself.
Intriguing game, I don’t know if I would like to live with it, but I would like to find out after what I heard. From my point of view, a successful idea and was a show.

Fram arte costs PLN 50,000. It’s really worth getting interested.
Lampizator – Porn Audio
Here it was driven over the gang. Giant columns. Lots of expensive electronics, I tried to count, but I made a mistake with about 2 bubbles so I gave up 🙂
It was a show. Huge sound, the whole room played. Incredible depth, black background, energy. Everything was. I don’t know if it is suitable for listening to music in the long run, but it doesn’t matter.
If someone has enough money to afford it, he rather wants to make a show and has a place for it.
Grobel Audio – Jadis and Franco Serblin – class
Grobel Audio knows the Audio Show. Beautiful room, illuminated columns. Unique and unique column design. You can sigh behind the old Sonus Faber … but it’s se nevrati. This one is also great and for about PLN 100,000 we get a golden jadis, beautiful loudspeakers and an insane – smooth, spacious, colorful sound … where you can melt all evenings.
It’s an absolute melomaniac. Also high in audiophile. Such a presenter in a place like the Audio Show is art and a kind of courage.
People with ground heads from loud playing, infusing mountains or rumbling bass. Soap and jam.
And suddenly it. Pearl. The mainstay of normality and music.
Everything is correct here. Appearance, sound, price, target. It is a pity that few people, as a result of problems with compiling equipment and unsuccessful purchases at the beginning of their adventure with audio, go so far that it is unable to hear and see what is there.
Audio Note – disappointment
Damn. Good blocks, but for God’s sake of such a presentation, for example, Grobel, you can count that someone will be interested in it. (comparable by accident, because it is a similar target when it comes to taste in sound presentation)
Jadis / Franco looks better, sounded better. It had a nicer frame … and it cost a lot less.
I am a fan of the brand, I know what these amplifiers and sources can do. These are really great things why was it so meager? Why was it only correct and sometimes very bad?
If I was considering buying equipment and had 100,000 to release, after such a presentation I would buy myself headphones.
Sugden and Shemis
I had Snell A, a shamis toplaster. Sugden is great electronics. But this show is a bit of a show of how not to sell audio today.
The columns have potential. Designerly interesting (when someone likes something like that), but apart from Wojtek Szemis, who can tell nicely and engagingly … the sound did not impress.
It was just OK. For such money … you have to do something more / different. as a whole.
The customer has an increasingly sensitive wallet, a wider and wider choice and what worked years ago today is not enough.
Linea Audio – a shot in the knee
These columns are playing. But after what I heard, if I didn’t know their story, I would have thrown them out of my shopping list forever.Gentlemen, you can’t. Bright, light, the room only increased the reflections at the top. It could be rounded / extinguished somehow to add weight – slightly spoil it on a micro scale to gain on a macro scale.
source, a hint. There was a lot of quality and class there. But you can feel that the whole thing is not matched to the room and in my opinion also the track.
Such playing has the right to find yourself in the adopted room. The columns are beautifully made. Their place is with good, denser electronics for such a show and, for example, in Tulipa.
I suppose it was not a presentation of the constructor himself, but two columns to show – yes – it is not a good idea.
If you were listening to Linea and you were not impressed, or you did not notice that she was at all – do not cross them out. These are very interesting and good products, but definitely on the audiophile side. You need to know what you are doing and the potential is very high.

Lucarto – slowly forward
Looks good, the offer is quite wide. It sounded fun. could have liked it. The loudspeakers are in a nice size and distinctive design. Against the background of, for example, Unitras fare much better, and the set is probably quite similar in terms of price.
To make it more interesting, contrary to appearances, Lucarto, despite its rather anonymous name, has a longer internship on the audio market in Poland and laboriously develops new customers and develops its products.
This is a brand that, in my opinion, does not offer willow pears. You can find better columns and electronics in the market, but it’s fair, so if you like it…

Kaliope Audio Scale
I haven’t reached the price of these speakers yet, but God Damn it. Fantastic exposed excess of form over content of so many exhibitors.
Just look at the electronics. Listen to the vocals on YT. Fuck was really good.
Can you? you can. It was maybe a bit gigantic, but it’s not the only room like this. I think it can be really great with a good set.

Very interesting sound, I came back from 3 times to throw my ear for a moment. Essential, colorful, dynamic, contouring. Fantastic sax, smacking, lulling. As you need, it is blunt in the upper diameter, but not tiring. Mono complete. very difficult to achieve.
Successful presentation. For me, one of the best rooms in Sobieski.
Sisound Solidus S
One of Sobieski’s best sound. Very good, thoughtful design. Enclosed housing, ribbon, great design. fitted into the room. I suppose you will need expensive electronics (strong), but the product is fantastically refined.
I think you can easily put 2-3 times more expensive speakers from abroad. The wife will not chase away the elegant living room. They are suitable for the male cave. And what is important, they have bass and treble regulations –So there is a chance that, like on AVS, there will be no linden in your home.

There was a trumpet, you can see continuous progress. Unfortunately, lamps, a lot of people – it was practically impossible to enter, hot as hell.
The gentlemen chose a difficult piece of bread. Very niche sound, very good, but big, problematic.
If so many people want to listen, maybe it is worth putting it in some atmospheric place / pub and charging money for such listening sessions?
I’m completely serious. You can do concerts with whiskey, wine and this celebration to the max.

Summation
The times when customers were sold a well-known tag giving a high discount are over. You have to tense up more, not only wait for the customer to throw away his life savings on the dubious upgrade class of his system.
AudioShow is a place to present the extremes, but some have managed to make a very good product price quality – this is design, price, presentation and good sound
Many died.
Yes – it’s expensive, yes, it’s hard to make any upgrades with good equipment from the times of precovid price increases.
However, there are still interesting products. There are still products with a very good price-quality ratio.
The world is not over yet, and the audio is still fun and it is a lot to play with.
